Privacy policy

The data controller is BK Digital Studio, Málaga, España.

For any question about your data: BKDigitalStudiio@gmail.com or Telegram.

Your name, a contact channel (Telegram, WhatsApp, phone or email) and your comment — all entered by you in the form.

The calculator inputs: site type, number of languages, selected add-ons, urgency and the resulting total. They travel with the enquiry so that I can see what you priced.

The address of the page the enquiry was sent from and the site language you were using.

The only purpose is to reply to you and discuss the project. The data is not used for advertising, not shared with third parties and not sold.

The legal basis is your consent, given by the checkbox before you submit the form, and steps taken prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).

Enquiries reach me through the Telegram Bot API — Telegram acts as a data processor and stores the message on its servers, including outside the EU.

The site is hosted on Vercel; server logs may contain your IP address and browser details. The site keeps no separate database of enquiries.

The data is not shared with anyone else.

Project correspondence is kept while the discussion and the work are ongoing, and for up to three years afterwards — for questions about the delivered project and for accounting obligations.

If the project does not go ahead, I delete the correspondence on your request or within a year.

You can request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, restrict the processing, object to it, or withdraw your consent at any time.

To do so, write to BKDigitalStudiio@gmail.com or on Telegram. I respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with the response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

The site uses no analytics or advertising cookies and shows no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

Your chosen language lives in the page address, not in a cookie.

If analytics is ever added, this policy will be updated and a consent banner added before it is switched on.

The site is not aimed at children and does not knowingly collect their data.
