Terms of work

A short summary of how the work runs: what gets fixed in writing, how payment works, what the revisions cover and who owns the result. This is not a public offer — the exact scope, price and deadlines are set out in the quote before the project starts, and the quote takes precedence over this page.

  2. 02Payment in stages: 30% once the scope is agreed, 40% once the design is approved, 30% before handover of access.
  3. 032 rounds of revisions are included — during the work, before delivery.
  4. 04After delivery, changes are billed: €10/hour or a support plan.
  5. 05New sections and features are quoted separately.
  6. 06Domain, paid fonts and stock images are paid by the client.

What is agreed before we start

Before starting I send a quote: the scope, the price, the upper bound of the timeline and the payment schedule. Work begins once you confirm it and make the first payment.

The prices on this site and in the calculator are a guide based on the price list. The binding price is the one in the quote.

Deadlines

The quote fixes the upper bound of the timeline, not the optimistic lower one.

The clock starts when the deposit and all materials are in. If materials or answers are delayed, the deadline moves by the waiting time — and I tell you at the time, not afterwards.

Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included and happen during the work, before delivery. A round means one collected list of notes, not messages sent one by one.

The design is approved before any code is written: once the mockup is signed off, going back to a different concept means a new quote.

After delivery, changes are billed: €10/hour or a support plan.

What I need from you

Texts, photos and a logo if you have them, and feedback at approval points within 1–2 working days.

If you don't have the materials, they can be ordered separately — there are add-ons for copy and imagery.

You are responsible for holding the rights to the materials you provide.

Rights to the result

Once payment is complete, the site and all source files are yours: the code, the design files, and access to the domain and hosting.

I keep the right to show the work in my portfolio. If the project is under NDA, tell me before we start and I will leave it out.

Fonts, stock images and third-party services remain under their own licences; the paid ones are paid by you.

If the work stops

You can stop the project at any stage. Payments already made for completed stages are not refunded, work on the stage in progress is paid pro rata, and I hand over everything that is ready at that point.

If I am the one stopping the project, I refund payment for the stages not yet started.

Liability and applicable law

I am responsible for the site working as described in the quote. I am not responsible for outages of third-party services (hosting, payment providers, messengers) or for the content of the materials you supply.

Spanish law applies to the work; disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, in the courts at the studio's place of registration.
