01 · The starting point

The company had two channels: the phone and messenger chats. Enquiries got lost, prices were worked out by hand every time, and «how much to clean a 60 m² flat» took half a day to answer.

02 · What I built

A multi-page site with a calculator that prices the job by area and cleaning type in ten seconds. Online booking with a date and time. Every enquiry goes to Telegram — with the name, phone, address and the calculated total. Plus an admin panel: the owner changes prices himself.

03 · What changed

The client arrives with a ready enquiry and a figure instead of «how much does it cost». Handled from a phone, in a minute. Own domain, three languages, SEO on every page.

04 · The hard part

The hard part was not the calculator but simplifying it. Cleaning has dozens of exceptions, and pricing all of them honestly would turn the form into a twenty-field questionnaire. I reduced it to the two things a person definitely knows about their home and moved the nuances into the comment field: the client gets a figure in ten seconds instead of half a day of messaging.
